By surveying customer satisfaction, studying market size and method of investment optimization, we set up the shop's mission that creates automobile related business by all staff effectively.
From that, we design the Automobile Dealership that generates well-communication spontaneously from staff to staff and staff to customer. We also aim to develop the shop which generates the maximum profit with the minimum investment for investor.
We customize the shop in each location in accordance with the new policy to establish the standard of brand identity and operation consistently nationwide. We make the standard guide manual to control its consistency for all shops nationwide.
